Ashtanga Yoga Berkeley is a traditional school of yoga located in Berkeley. It is dedicated to the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois and his family. New students can observe a class before enrolling and may begin on any day during the month. Classes are held in the Mysore Style, which is the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois. New students should note there are no classes on full and new moon days.
