Healthy Birth Class offers prenatal and postpartum yoga in Dallas, with instruction tailored to the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and early parenthood. Classes focus on practical strengthening, pain management, and breath work that applies directly to labor and recovery. You'll practice alongside other pregnant people and new parents in a studio designed around what your body actually needs at each stage.
