Sender One Climbing - Training Center offers yoga classes designed specifically for climbers and athletes. Instructors teach you how your body actually moves under load, with emphasis on shoulder stability, hip mobility, and breath control during strength work. Classes range from restorative sessions to dynamic Vinyasa, each structured to address the particular demands climbing places on your body. You'll practice alongside other climbers who understand why this matters.
