Aarin Abel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Aarin is also Alignment Yoga Sculpt (AYS) certified which is acknowledge by Yoga Alliance. Aarin also is a certified personal trainer under the American Council of Exercise (ACE), a certified sports nutrition coach (ACE) and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Aarin teaches at Yoga Box in Encinitas, CA, as well as offering private sessions online and in person in the North County San Diego area.
