I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the beginning of COVID, when I wanted to find inner peace in a complex world. As a psychologist and special educator I realized surrounding myself with other yogis and yogic teaching was the perfect culture to maintain peace in very trying times. Through this process I realized bringing meditation and yoga to groups of people either in a retreat or corporate setting was an excellent way to fulfill my life purpose. Practicing yoga outdoors, on land or in the water, is my preferred setting. My soul vow is being at peace with my piece, meaning I fully accept and embrace how I am contributing to the greater good.
