About
I began practicing yoga in 2010 and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Blue Ridge Yoga in 2022, followed by my 300-hour certification in 2024.
I currently teach at Blue Ridge Yoga, offering both in-person and livestream classes. My teaching is rooted in Raja and Hatha Yoga, with a focus on tuning into how the body feels and bringing mindful awareness to proper muscle engagement for optimal alignment. I strive to make yoga accessible to all through All Levels classes that meet students exactly where they are.One of the classes I lead is Move and Meditate which blends gentle movement with stillness, inspired by fascia release techniques and somatic yoga flows. My goal is to create a space where students can explore, feel, and connect with their bodies and breath. In addition to studio classes, I’ve had the joy of leading an international retreat in Catalonia, Spain. Off the mat, I’m happily married and a proud mom of two daughters—continually learning the balance of life, movement, and presence.
