my personal practice and classes are centered in a restorative approach for transforming trauma and accessing deep rest. i lead classes and workshops rooted in yin, yoga nidra, breathwork, energy and sound healing, and mantra practices. the intention of my work is to be a resource for cultivating personal patterns that serve the highest good for collective healing. my teaching practice is dedicated to the equity and liberation of all beings through an anti racist approach and initiative to making my classes culturally and economically accessible for beings of all abilities. in addition to ryt 200 i am a certified reiki master and wellbeing coach through duke integrative medicine. i continue my education with teacher and visionary guide nina be, founder of mindbody centering yoga.
