About

Abby began her yoga journey in 2020 while living alone in Maine and finishing her senior year of college.

With the world shut down and limited space or equipment, she turned to online yoga videos as a way to move, breathe, and stay grounded. What started as a simple way to work out gradually became something much deeper.Over the years, Abby discovered hot yoga and immediately fell in love—the music, the heat, the energy, and especially the sense of community drew her in. When she found Haven in the summer of 2025, she knew she had found her yoga home. The studio gave her connection, confidence, support, and a feeling of belonging that she carries far beyond her mat.To Abby, yoga is so much more than exercise. It’s a way to connect with your body, your breath, the people around you, and the world outside the studio. Her goal as a teacher is to help others experience that same sense of grounding, growth, joy, and perspective that yoga has given her. Abby’s yoga mentors include Annie Q, the creator of LivFree Power Yoga, Alanna Orlandi, Jaimie Kulas, and Dana Wilcox.
