Yoga should be about feeling good, listening to your body, and connecting with what you need in that moment of time. Classes are catered to the individual needs of students as every BODY is different and all abilities and ages are welcome. In class, I utilize the traditional Sanskrit terms and techniques learned at Lotus Pond in Tampa. Classes incorporate Iyengar-style, Vinyasa flow, and Hatha. This includes a focus on precision movements, utilizing props and pose modifications, and connecting breath to movement.
