Adi is a yoga teacher, artist, and community organizer with a deep passion for connecting the mind, body, and spirit.
Through daily practice, Adi is able to navigate life’s challenges and feel gratitude for its gifts. He feels that yoga was the catalyst that set him on his true path, and is passionate about sharing its teachings with others. Adi completed the 2024 RYT 200 at Shiva Yoga, and has attended workshops in Anatomy, Tantra Philosophy, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Kids Yoga, and Yoga Nidra Co-Dyad Meditation. He integrates his experience in arts and psychology to guide students in cultivating personal growth. Adi aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where people can explore their deepest self while building community. His approach to teaching emphasizes mindfulness, creativity, and the belief that yoga can inspire positive change in individuals and society.
