Adriana Babler, PhD, is the founder and director of Serendipity Yoga.
She has over 1,000 hours of teaching experience in therapeutic yoga, fertility, prenatal, and postpartum yoga, and serves as the director of Serendipity Yoga’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program.She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with the National Yoga Alliance, as well as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT). Adriana is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).Her teaching emphasizes individualized, evidence-informed yoga practices that support the body as a whole. Her work is informed by training in osteopathic principles, bringing a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and structure-function relationships into her therapeutic yoga and women’s health offerings.She specializes in supporting individuals across key reproductive and hormonal life transitions from fertility and pregnancy through postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause using individualized, collaborative therapeutic yoga care.
