Her passion is to share her experience and knowledge in helping clients improve their quality of life through movement. Adrienne’s personal yoga practice has solidified her purpose and desire to share it with others. Her teaching focus is safe and creative sequencing with emphasis on proper alignment. She enjoys teaching a variety of Vinyasa style classes. Adrienne owns and operates Perfect Balance Fitness, offering Customized Personal Training and Nutrition Guidance, Yoga, and a variety of SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes. She also enjoys meeting new people from around the world while teaching classes when traveling outside of the U.S..
