Adrienne Yang

With a background in training teachers, she began blending yoga with kids in 2005. The mother of an 17 year old and a 14 year old, Adrienne also has experience teaching P.E. to grades K-5. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) through Yoga Alliance and received her certification through The Yoga & Movement Center in Walnut Creek. Adrienne is also a Certified YogaKids Facilitator for YogaKids International. Adrienne moved to Denver, Colorado with her family in July 2011. She has taught at Harmony/Mudra Yoga, Denver Parks and Recreation, Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center, Brown International school, and the Denver Language School, and a various branches of Denver Public Library. In California, Adrienne taught regular YogaKids classes at The Yoga & Movement Center, Town of Moraga Parks & Recreation, Lafayette Community Center, Los Perales Elementary School, Elephant Pharmacy, Sports Basement, and at various pre-schools around the East Bay. She taught class for adults at 24-Hour Fitness in Moraga and Walnut Creek. Adrienne continues to work as an Administrative Assistant to The Yoga & Movement Center in Walnut Creek, California.
