Agaia Trottier is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
In 2010 Agaia started suffered a hip injury while rehearsing for a dance performance. For several years even walking could be a challenge. Daily gentle yoga practice is how she gained control over her health & life again. In 2017 Agaia was so convinced by the benefits her Yoga practice brought her that she wanted to deepen her experience and decided to become a qualified teacher. In 2023 she wanted to provide coping tools to her very active and hypersensitive child and decided to specialize in children's yoga. Now Agaia is determined to use her current knowledge and deepening it to be able to help people in all stages of life to experience the benefits of yoga. From babies and their caregivers, to toddlers, older kids and seniors. Yoga is a gift that should be shared with everyone who is interested in reaping the benefits it offers.
