I completed my yoga teacher training at CorePower Yoga in Boulder, Co in 2010.
I am certified to teach Hot Yoga and Hot Power Fusion Yoga and I am looking into teaching SUP yoga. I often bring yoga poses and meditation into my classroom as a second grade teacher. I have always been inspired by how yoga connects the body, mind and spirit. It has changed my life and I love sharing my passion for yoga with others.
