I'm a licensed psychologist in PA who is a RYT-500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance) and a TCTSY-F (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) Facilitator.

I have completed my TCTSY training at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute and yoga teacher training at the Kripalu School of Yoga and Health.
