I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I currently offer online group classes, online and in-person private sessions, and in-person group classes in Macomb, MI. My teaching style is relaxed with purpose; I believe yoga meets us where we are. I am forever a student of yoga and continually working on living my yoga on and off the mat.
