Raised in the small town of Victoria, TX, I found my love for body movement through dance from childhood and into college.
I felt this special energy once again while starting my yoga journey in my early adulthood while living in Rogersville, MO. Yoga gave me a connection to something deep inside. When I practiced, I found myself more aligned, connected, and present. In 2010, I received my 200 RYT in Chandler, Arizona at Sumits Yoga and took a leap to move out west to explore my passion for yoga. For a few years, I worked in the corporate restaurant world for FOX Restaurant Concepts. My mat kept calling me back. In 2015, I began teaching again and helping with operations of the studios I was teaching. I loved being able to incorporate my hospitality background with yoga. In 2017, the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself: managing a premier hot yoga studio in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. At radi8 HOT YOGA we combine the warm, welcoming hospitality with a thoughtful hot yoga set sequence. Radi8 HOT YOGA has been awarded with BEST YOGA STUDIO by Phoenix Magazine.
