Yoga is My True Self! I believe that yoga is the seed that blooms wellness into my body, and into my life.
When I first came to yoga, it was to find a fitness practice that met my busy schedule. What I found instead, was a beautiful yet challenging dance of energy, poses, strength, and surrender. Yoga gave me what I needed, before I knew what to ask for. Through LivFree, I’ve found not only community, but an invigoration that most material things in life cannot provide. Yoga is that friend of a lifetime, that you can turn to with your brightest joys, and lean on when your days feel cloudier. Yoga has been my adventure: where I’ve met people whose stories inspire me; I’ve gone through deep valleys to find the most fruitful lessons, and I’ve climbed heights and stood taller than I’ve ever dreamed. My goal in teaching yoga is not to simply show how to do yoga, but to share with them the most delicious secret I’ve ever known and give them the wonder that I live every day through my practice.
