About

Ajit Adsule is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Completed 200 hours yoga training from the Austin Yoga Shala under the guidance of Mr.Stan Hafner.I am also Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with understanding of science-based clinical medicine. My specializations are meditation (that includes mantra chant on classical guitar and singing bowl) and gentle style yoga for seniors, beginners and family. I am interested in community meditation and yoga, and teaching personal and family oriented class. I would also like to share my practice of Sanskrit Mantra Chanting and Kirtan with other Yoga teachers in their yoga classes. Namaste!
