Arcy Akiko

After she learned Dharma Yoga in 1995, she also experienced Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga in various Yoga Studios in the U.S and Japan. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance in 2010, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Then she started to work as a member of the Teacher Training Staff of Yoga Ayus at Sedona Arizona in 2010. She instructs two kinds of classes in a Studio, Basic Hatha Yoga for beginners and Hatha Yoga plus Vinasa Flow for experienced students. These classes are specifically designed for Mommy & Me, Prenatal, and a Senior Group. Private Sessions are also available which may be taught in the clients’ homes. Classes include Meditation and Breathing Techniques. A Mt.Shasta Yoga Retreat is a highlight every year. She also created Yoga Accessories in collaboration with her friend in Thailand who works with natives there. Akiko enjoys helping students discover Yoga which relaxes the mind and body and inspires them to appreciate life more.
