Hello, I’m Alaina!I discovered hot yoga during high school and I was immediately captivated by both the fitness benefits and the sense of community it fostered.
My passion for yoga led me to complete a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) training in 2014. Having seen the impact of prenatal yoga in my own pregnancy, I pursued and completed a Yoga Alliance Prenatal Yoga Teacher training (85 hour) in 2025. I love a good workout that challenges both the body and mind. Teaching and sharing the many benefits of yoga with like-minded individuals brings me immense joy. I specialize in vinyasa yoga flow and perinatal yoga. Each class is designed to build heat, strength, endurance, and mobility. While the sessions are challenging, I always provide variations to ensure you can tailor the practice to your own needs, culminating in a deeply rewarding savasana.When I’m not on the mat, you can find me offering nutrition counseling as a Registered Dietitian, cooking, and spending quality time with my family. I am deeply passionate about health and wellness, and my life goal is to enhance the health of everyone I meet through the power of a healthy body and mind.
