Hi, I’m Alaina — I support women in midlife as they rediscover calm and confidence.
No matter your age or body size, you are worthy of care and compassion. For so long, many of us have poured our energy into taking care of everyone else. Now, it’s time to come home to yourself — your body, your breath, and your peace.For over two decades, I worked in a demanding healthcare office while also supporting a loved one through a mental health crisis. The combination of long hours, emotional strain, and constant pressure eventually took a toll on my health. I know firsthand how stress doesn’t just live in the mind — it shows up in the body too.During that time, I turned to yoga, meditation, and counseling. These practices helped me breathe a little easier, feel more grounded, and find moments of balance. They didn’t remove the stress, but they gave me steady, supportive tools to move through it with more ease.Today, I share these tools with women who are ready to care for themselves with the same devotion they’ve given to others.
