I was introduced to yoga the summer of 2000 and fell in love with it right away.
In 2015 I had my first spine surgery due to a car accident and Yoga helped me immensely. After my second spinal surgery in December of 2021, I became a different person and hot yoga helped me heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. After completing my 200-hour RYT, I decided to immediately enroll for my 300-hour certification with Yogi Institiute and recently completed it.
