Lexi began practicing yoga in 2011 for its physical benefits, but it wasn’t until 2013, after her first class with her teacher Kali Om, that the practice revealed itself as something far deeper.
She left class feeling connected to something within herself she had never accessed before. Since then, she kept diving deeper. Through consistent practice and study, she has recognized the value of the full system of yoga and both the practical lessons and spiritual experiences that can emerge. She now hopes to support others in cultivating their own meaningful practice.Lexi has practiced a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Rocket, and Iyengar. Since 2018, she has also studied Vedanta with Kali, along with additional pranayama and meditation courses, for her own personal development. She went on to complete her Hatha yoga teacher training in Kali Om’s first cohort of teacher trainees, graduating in early 2020.She is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed her training through Kali Om's Registered Yoga School (RYS) Satya Yoga.
