Namaste, By day, I am a mindful lawyer in downtown YEG.
By night, I am a passionate yogi! I completed my 200hr YTT certificate with the Anahata Rising School of Yoga at Bliss YogaSpa in June 2016. My lead trainer was Lindsey Park (Lindsey Park Yoga). I hope to offer my students a contemplative space within which he or she can access the full wonder of the present moment. I hope to communicate to each of my students the importance of one's life-force energy - prana - most prominently engaged through the breath as a vehicle towards integrating the body, mind, and spirit both on and off the mat. Whether a beginner or more advanced yoga practitioner, I believe there is always more to learn about our life's path, about each other and the universe, and that the practice of yoga offers us a unique doorway and an inner perspective that leads us to our highest seat of Self. The deep work of self-inquiry and self-observation always continues. At this time, I am offering private yoga and public yoga instruction at GoodLife Fitness.
