Allie Binaco is a -hour Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance* Allie completed her training with East + West in Ubud Bali Indonesian in April Her training prepared her to teach Hatha and Vinyasa classes to all skill-levels from beginner to experienced and emphasized yoga philosophy mindfulness and meditation and the integration of yoga into daily life Following the completion of her training Allie had the opportunity to travel and teach yoga in Thailand She is now based in New Jersey and exploring teaching opportunities locally *Yoga Alliance acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
