I use inquiry-based mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to help women in midlife and beyond optimize energy, boost creativity, and find balance.
I'm especially focused on supporting women in peri/post menopause. My teaching style is language-based rather than demonstration-based so that you can focus on what's going on in YOUR body rather than mine. Work with me 1:1 or join group-based practices that focus on ways to rebalance, replenish, and rejuvenate. A former trauma and orthopedics operating room nurse I have a PhD in medical sociology and have been teaching adults in higher and continuing education settings for many years. I use that expertise to teach yoga and create education materials for healthcare professionals.
