Alexandra Rossi became a yoga instructor after practicing yoga for a decade to share her passion with women and children She studied in many style of yoga over the years and with many teachers based in California She has been focusing on teaching Hatha align yoga Restorative Prenatal and Postnatal yoga kids yoga and Mindfulness in studio and on line She participate and lead many teacher training each year Her Black Orchids Trainings Prenatal and Seeds are offered to BIPOC community at extremely low fee or complete scholarship Aside of yoga she offers birth doula support and Birth preparation for expecting families She is currently an assistant school teacher in multilingual pre-school and mother of a teenage daughter in San Francisco.
