She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Den and her 300-hour advanced training through The Regenerative Living School. Alexandra has been teaching yoga since 2011 and brings a broad, adaptable skill set shaped by years of working across multiple class styles and student populations.Her primary teaching focus is Slow Flow yoga with an emphasis on anatomical alignment, offering students a sustainable, accessible approach to movement and mindfulness. While this is her current specialty, Alexandra is a versatile educator capable of teaching a wide range of modalities, meeting the needs of diverse students and studio environments.Alexandra is the Owner and Lead Teacher of Yoga Mix, a vinyasa-based studio offering both heated and non-heated classes, ranging from yin to power. She managed the studio for three years before stepping into ownership, where she now stewards both the business and the teaching culture with intention and care.Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that yoga is for everyone—that accessibility begins with openness from the student and a deep commitment from the teacher to continual growth, learning, and self-inquiry.In addition to her yoga training, Alexandra is a certified Ayurvedic postpartum doula and holds certifications in Temple Body Arts and Barre, further informing her integrative, body-aware approach to teaching and mentorship.
