With a lifelong passion for movement Alexi's journey began in the world of dance and gymnastics.
She spent over a decade teaching dance fitness where she explored various dance forms and danced professionally for the NFL. Her deep connection to the body and expressive movement naturally led her to yoga, which she began practicing seriously in 2004. A pivotal moment came in when she attended a transformative yoga retreat in the Canary Islands . This experience deepened her appreciation for the practice, and set her on a path of exploration through many styles of yoga across the vibrant New York City yoga scene from 2014 to I2019.In feeling called to share her love of yoga more deeply, Alexi completed her 200-hour teacher training. She now brings a unique blend of athleticism, grace and mindfulness to her classes creating a space where students can explore movement build strength and connect more fully to themselves.
