Alexis Glanz began practicing yoga in 2010, she noticed immediately that the practice helped reduce anxiety, increased motivation, and induced healthier choices.
It wasn’t long before she knew that she wanted to advance her yogic education and share that knowledge and passion with others! As it often does, life got in the way and delayed this dream. In 2021 she was able to realize this goal by completing her 200 hour teacher training with Be Hummingbird Yoga in Sarasota, FL. Since then she has been teaching at established studios in and around Saint Petersburg and has taught hundreds of classes with The Salty Yogis on St Pete Beach. She has most recently opened Gulfport Sol Yoga which offers donation based community yoga in Gulfport, FL as well as private classes and events. Alexis is designated as an RYT200 with the Yoga Alliance, Yin Yoga certified, a Reiki practitioner and sound healer. She strives to create classes that are accessible to every body and that inspire, nourish and unite mind, body and spirit!
