Alfred studied his RTS 200 Yoga Teacher training at Green Monkey Yoga of South Miami. Alfred currently teaches as a certified Greystar vendor for the Milagro Residences of Coral Gables.
He's established a seasonal yoga-in-the-park event titled "Yoga in Little Gables" offered free to the community. Alfred manages and operates Alpha Yoga Inc. which services residential high-rise communities with weekly yoga on premises. Working closely with other Yoga Alliance certified instructors, Alpha Yoga Inc brings yoga to people's homes providing an easier means of accessing the benefits of yoga. Alfred has started a new sport that incorporates the 8 limbs of yoga, fitness, combat choreography, team coaching & meditation. SaberCraft, an empowerment system, introduces new people outside of the Yoga crowd to the wonders of mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
