Alicia Cuglietta has been practicing yoga in its many forms since 2000 and teaching since 2002.
Certified initially through the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas, she has spent over two decades sharing yoga throughout the Las Vegas Valley and beyond.Alicia is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and holds specialized training in Mudras, Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT), with additional studies through Warriors at Ease.Her current work integrates therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra to support individuals experiencing anxiety, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain. Drawing on both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic insight, Alicia helps students and clients cultivate nervous system regulation, resilience, and mind-body connection.As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), she offers professional trainings and mentorship for yoga teachers and therapists in areas such as Yoga Nidra, Mudra, and trauma-informed approaches to anxiety and pain.Alicia’s teaching is compassionate and accessible, blending gentle to moderate movement with the therapeutic art of stillness to meet students of all ages and abilities where they are.
