I received my -hour Vinyasa teacher certification through Mesa Rim Climbing and Fitness Center My classes tend to lean towards a grounding flow that starts slow and eventually leads to a breath-to-movement practice The goal is to leave students feeling calm capable and content within themselves by catering and matching the energy of the room I started my yoga journey a few years ago during a period of physical injuries that rendered me unable to do muchThe rehabilitation of the body mind and spirit Yin yoga gave me has left a special place in my heart My passion for daily movement lead me to pursue the YTT offered at my gym where I learned so much more about the wonderful qualities yoga has to offer.
