My name is Alina and I have been teaching yoga since and studying for over years I have a Master of Physical Education Sports and Physical Rehabilitation I also graduated from the Yoga Academy in Nepal and have a Yoga Alliance RYC - certificate I worked in different fitness clubs in Ukraine  In I opened my first yoga studio which was very small but very cozy and the very first yoga studio in my city By this time I learned a new style of yoga in hammocks from the UNNATA AERIAL YOGA school I was very lucky to study with the founder of this direction Michelle Dortignac Since then my small studio has become very popular and I opened a second one and trained teachers  During this time I gained vast experience as a teacher and leader Many master classes of teachers from Japan Germany America were held in my studios My team created a childrens yoga club where children practiced yoga learned to listen to themselves take care of their health help others live in harmony with Nature Despite the difficult period in Ukraine the studio continues to operate and people come there for physical and spiritual practice  In I moved to Poland and now live and work in Krakow I teach Hatha yoga Unnata Aerial yoga / Fly Yoga meditation sound baths in the Fitness Mlyn fitness club in the yoga center Joga Centrum for many years I have been leading the "Healthy Back" group I also work in two major corporations developing and teaching Yoga programs for the office  My activities in Poland are officially registered and are called YOGA HUNTER It is divided into several blocks YOGA HUNTER lessons YOGA HUNTER meditation YOGA HUNTER tour YOGA HUNTER school YOGA HUNTER kids  I will be glad to share my teaching experience with you I know many simple secrets that will definitely make your life harmonious asnas and meditations will bring joy and perhaps even completely change your life for the better I also have many years of experience in teaching and training teachers and many of you will be able to change your profession.
