My Work History:I have worked within the structure of dance, embodyoga®, pilates, body-mind centering® and chiropractic - with children and people with special needs my whole life. I specifically focus on balancing mid-line function and core strengthening abilities, changing habitual patterns to new more efficient developmental re-patterning, thus creating BalanceCORE™ Spinal Health Program, 60hr. CEU program. My Interests: I have a strong passion in working with women's and girl's health and embodied empowerment, thus I created BodyDance™ Women's Embodied Empowerment Expressive Arts & YOGA YTT200, & BodyDance Women's Circle, facilitator certificate program, and BodyDance™ Blossoming GirlCircles, 60hr. mentoring certificate program. I also am dedicated to supporting the infants and children in their embodied lives with developmental body-brain movement and empowerment. I have created YogaPlayKidz™ (RCYS), 95 hr. children's yoga teacher certification program which focuses on sensory, relational & experiential learning, balancing nervous system energy and exploring energy regulation, body-brain balancing and boundary modulation.
