About
Ali Hill initially turned to yoga as a way to add strength, stretching and stability to her running routine.
She soon discovered that yoga, pranayama (breath work) and meditation work together to support and enhance all aspects of her life, adding flexibility, balance and joy to each new challenge. Ali completed her Baptiste Institute Expand Your Power RYT 200 training at Balanced Yoga (now GIVE Yoga, Columbus, OH) in 2016, and has also completed Baptiste's Art of Assisting (2019). She has additional training in SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga (2016) and Yin Yoga (2019) from Yen Yoga & Fitness (Traverse City, MI). Ali has also studied extensively with Jason Crandell, including The Art of Yoga Sequencing (2019), The Art of Teaching Beginners (2019), and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (Jason Crandell Yoga Method RYT 500 certification, 2022). Ali has experience teaching young adult and youth yoga classes and workshops as well as private yoga and group classes.
