She is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), having trained with Hilaire Lockwood at Hilltop Yoga (RYS) in Lansing, MI & Chicago, IL. Alison is also a Nia Technique teacher (Blue Belt), having trained with Winalee Zeeb at Heartdance Studio in Lansing, MI. In addition to her Yoga & Nia Trainings, Alison is also certified to teach Pool Yoga & Fitness (Paddle Into Fitness) and Chair Yoga. Alison is also a qualified Intuitive Coach (Diploma IC) and certified to teach the Pure Meditative Peace and Energy Care & Wellbeing courses (Spiritual courses covering an introduction to meditation and personal energy care, respectively). She is currently in-training and able to see clients for Pure Spiritual Healing (incl. Animal Healing). Alison trained in these modalities through Self Realization Sevalight Worldwide and is a member of Sevalight Associates Worldwide.
