Alison M. Breen

I have been teaching since 2005, and currently have over 4,500 class hours of teaching experience. I currently teach in Davis, and have taught extensively in the surrounding areas. At this writing, my teaching is limited to on line formats in order to protect students’ health and safety. My yoga began as an evolution of my meditation practice, and I incorportate this into my classes.
