Alison began teaching yoga in 2008 and considers herself a lifelong student first and foremost. She became a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in 2022 and is certified to teach prenatal yoga. Alison is a senior teacher and yoga teacher trainer at Grace Yoga and Pilates with thousands of hours of teaching experience leading studio classes, private sessions for individuals and groups, and large group events.
