Alisse Galde

She is drawn toward helping people feel good about themselves and encouraging individuals to express themselves creatively. An active, enthusiastic, and eternal optimist, Alisse is always eager to learn and grow. Alisse came to yoga through encouragement from her mom, who is a teacher and personal trainer. she finished her yoga teaching training with Soul Yoga and Yoga at the Village in Santa Rosa in June of 2016. Most recently she completed her 300hr in Thailand with Jonah Kest, studying the 7 Doorways method and expanding on her teaching methods. Her dream is to assist everyone with an healthy, alternative route to coping with anxiety, stress and depression, by creating a foundation centered around preventative mental health care. Helping people on a deeper than superficial level is her goal, through breath work, meditation, mindfulness and body movement with Yoga.
