She is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner and iRest Level 1 Teacher. Her goal is to help individuals maintain or regain a healthy lifestyle from head to toe. She feels our mental constitution is just as important as physical health. Alistair’s yoga teaching practice is designed to strengthen the entire body, emphasizing meditation. She believes yoga is just as important for children, to help them build a healthy physical and mental foundation.
