About
Alitha has always been drawn to the mystical side of yoga and maintained an on-off relationship with the practice for 15 years until she finally approached it as self-care rather than exercise.
Having changed her perspective and found her spark for yoga, she eagerly practiced with as many teachers in as many studios as she could. After experiencing the empowering results of a daily practice, Alitha dove head first into yoga teacher trainings. She has acquired over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings including chakras, trauma informed, meditation, yin, prenatal and yoga for kids. Alitha teaches thoughtfully planned gentle hatha, slow flow, and yin classes with the intention to compassionately support students in finding a deeper connection with themselves. You can expect calming instrumental music, choices within the postures, and time to explore the breath. Alitha looks forward to connecting with students to share positive energy and remember that we are all in this life together.
