Alix Kelsey pronouns: she/her is a lover and teacher of compassionate and trauma-informed vinyasa yoga Alix began her yoga journey when she was years old What started as a way to stretch and recover on off-days from playing soccer turned into so much more She found yoga was a way to honor and love her body compassionately connect with her mind and find solace in a busy life Since then Alix explored a variety of yoga styles and fell in love with vinyasa yoga Alix graduated from reputable Caribe Yoga Academy RYS - Puerto Viejo Costa Rica in with her Hours Yoga Alliance certification She loves helping people find connection with their body and mind and aims to help students find their own way of practicing and loving yoga Alixs yoga classes are warm challenging always centered on a collective sankalpa approachable and creative She is passionate about teaching with a trauma-informed lens and is a dedicated student in how trauma shows up in yoga spaces.
