I began my yoga journey in the late 90’s, purely for the physical practice.
It wasn’t until I met and studied under my first mentor, Larry Schultz at It's Yoga San Francisco that yoga became much more. He transformed my yoga experience. Yoga became a spiritual, intellectual, and physical journey for me. Since my ashtanga studies, in which I obtained a 200 RYT certificate, I have continued to study, practice, and explore various yoga disciplines as my body has spoken to me. Presently, I am deepening my practice and knowledge through a program under Carole Westerman at Evolve to Harmony Omaha in the aim of a 500 RYT certificate. I want to share, guide and encourage others to discover the importance of nurturing the soul, the body, and educating the mind through yoga, so one can exist in a meaningful and compassionate state of being on and off the mat.
