Alli Fronzaglia

Her background includes work as a hiking guide, Audubon naturalist, freelance writer, and social media marketer. Alli loves being outside and moving with the seasons. She brings her love of nature into her teaching and her practice. Originally from Connecticut, Alli lived in Massachusetts and Colorado for many years before settling in Maine. She believes that yoga is for everyone and aims to support all students on their journeys, whether it’s their first class or their 500th. Alli lives in York Harbor with her husband and daughter.
