I have 20 years of teaching experience.
I was the owner of Metta Yoga of Dubois. Our studio was open for over 4years. I then taught at SOL Wellness and Gathering Space for 2 years. My training includes YogaFit as well as Anjali Yoga Teacher training (a Kripalu based education) I teach private group vinyasa flow classes. I also teach Reiki Level I and II. I offer private Reiki upon request. I have also completed training through Yoga International as a Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and am in training to become a Aryurvedic Health Counselor.
