I began my Yoga journey in when I was in need of something to help me stretch from all of my running My random practice at a busy gym turned into a daily practice at a local studio Years after first getting on the mat I decided to begin my journey of becoming a Yoga teacher I completed my HR Teacher Training at Satya Yoga Shala in Farmingdale NY where I was trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with a special emphasis on senior citizens Soon after I began hearing the call to teach prenatal and postnatal Yoga I am continuing my Yoga alliance training with Pre and Post Natal Teacher Training with Maha Mama at the Yoga Collective in New York City.
