Allison Drusch E-RYT 200/RYT-500, YACEP Allison first came to her mat for fitness and flexibility but was hooked when she found simplicity and connection.
Originally drawn to yoga for the flexibility benefits that complimented her professional dance career, each time on her mat Allison realized how grounded and connected she felt and her lifelong practice launched from there. Through her personal practice she discovered that Yoga helps remove the layers revealing her true self and it strengthens an initiate connection, union with others. Practicing for over 18 years and teaching for the last 10, Allison has guided over 3,000 yoga classes. She completed the CorePower 200 hour program, YogaWorks 200 hour program under the training of Alexandria Crow and most recently the Devanadi 340 hour program. LifeCore Yoga studios are a dream come true for this Entrepreneurship and Communication Studies grad from the University of St. Thomas. She humbly watches this labor of love develop into a great community for spreading the joy and benefits of yoga. Allison truly believes that yoga will change the world one mat at a time.
